Captured fairy

I recently did a swap for one of these, and I fancied doing another one for myself. The Fairy is a child image off a CD someone sent me with wings added to her and sat upon a stamped image of a Crow.

The Box is a board book with the center cut out and the pages stuck together, with an acetace sheet sandwiched between the front two pages which is left to open and close to try and get the effect of a display case.

The backgound is just beads and gems in glossy accents to try and give the idea of falling moonbeams.

Another Emily Set

So I wanted to play with my new stamp, Totally different layout from the last set. But the same papers used for the background......Well I still had them out on my desk didn't I :-) .

Face Swap ATC's

A set of ATC's done for a swap. I used one of my favourite stamps on these the Pensive Woman/Emily Face Stamp. I used to beg images of this off of people, but I have at last brought my own one.

Postage themed ATC swap

These were done for a swap on Zuzu's Forum. The backgrounds were done with distress inks - both the inking and the stamping. Then old postage stamps were layered over them and then over stamped with stazon images to add a bit more depth.

Inchie Holder

I have quite got into inches lately and really enjoy swapping them. But I do hate just stuffing them into a little bag or envelope to post off to the swap hostess. So last night I came up with this, an Inchie Holder. I Also hope the swap hostess will find it usefull to store her own set in until she decides what to do with them.
I used a couple of card off cuts and some vellum cut into strips and just used distress inks to colour it. The front is stamped to fall in with the Inchie theme.

I like the way I can adapt it to use for larger swaps too.
The first photo shows how the Inches sit in the case and the second is just the front of it.

Mandy's Tag challenge

Mandy sent several of us a set of stamped images to see what we came up with for them. These are mine. The backgrounds are done with a combination of Papers, Gesso and Distress Inks.I found this quite hard to do as they were not my normal type of image to use and they were very small.
