Ledscribe Light

I made this as a sample for a shop. Its very similar to the one I had in Craft Stamper earlier in the year.

All the stamping on it is embossed. The flowers and Butterfly are made with fantasy Film and the underneath layer are metal to give them a bit of lift so they do not look to flat. It has hot glue swirls on the back and it does look very pretty when lit.

A Keyring

This was made for a group swap on Zuzu's forum. I made this keyring for Sandy. Its made from metal pieces which have had a patina finish done with ammonia.

A Diva for the Kitten

On Zuzu's forum this month Debbie AKA Kraftykitten is the Diva and as she had a thing for Twilight I thought I would do her a bag charm. (I have been corrected she still has and will until she dies, and then will go and live with Edward in vampire land LOL)

Its just a Tim Holtz swivel clasp with a bottle cap charm and a metal tag that I made from a bit of biscuit tin and some printed wording, the cap and tag are sealed with embossing powder to help them live longer. Then finished off with a few beads and bits and pieces. Now it has been received I thought I would blog it.

Tin Shrine

This is for a swap I am in on Zuzu's forum. It's an M & S mint tin
This is my first attempt at cutting a window in a tin and then soldering in a piece of glass.

I had a book for my birthday of my Daughter called Metal Craft Discovery Workshop by Linda and Opie O'Brien. It is the most amazing book and it has really inspired me to try something new this year.

As usual my photographic skills are 2nd to none LOL...what I really needed here was Zuzu and her camera :)
