Artistic Outpost hanging Beer Mat

The beer mat is altered with the PVA Crackle Technique, before being rubber stamped on with an Artistic outpost quote from their Serenity Plate which can be found here. I then Image transferred the Bird image before adding some chain for hanging.

Sardines anyone

I love empty Sardine tins, to me they just scream to be altered, so here is yet another one. This was done as part of a DPOV challenge and as it also fits the bill for the Sir Stampalot challenge this month I have added it for that too.

DPOV Card

This was done using the same stamp as the sardine tin. It was stamped into UTEE on a bit of craft sheet in the melt pot, then a bit of rub and buff was used to show the detail, before it was added to a custom made background.

Domino

This was done for a DPOV challenge. Its a Domino dipped in UTEE and then embellished to death lol. The Image used was stamped onto custom rusted paper before being stuck to the Domino, then tattered lace was stuck around the edge before it was all dipped into a melt pot.

DPOV Challenge Perl

I had 2 great little canvases arrive from Happy Daze this week and this is the smaller of the 2.

I Used the Stampotique image Perl for the main image. The background is done with Claudine Hellmuth paints, dropped onto the canvas in thick globs and the colours then just swirled to mix on the canvas so they were left in quite thick swirls.

The image was added while the paint was wet, as were the Beadazzles and the small sead beads. It was then heated with a heat gun until all the paint bubbled and popped to give a lovely textured background and also setting all the added elements into it as it dries

Then a bit of Silver embossing powder, a stamped quote and a silver crown to finish it off.

The Stamp for the main image, paints and the Beadazzles are all available from the Happy Daze Site

DPOV Challenge Perl

Made, written and posted in half an hour, not bad :)

The stamp is Perl by Stampotique and is available from Happy Daze

Something About Alice

One of these is my sample for Alter It monthly this Month.
The large red rose is made from a custom made mold and red UTEE. The collage is done in an over sized Bottle Cap.
