This week the Challenge on the Stampotique designers Challenge has been set by Jenn, its a colour challenge and you are to use the "colours of love" -Red, Pink and White.
I have had this peg for ages, It got painted white and then left in the corner, but I spied it sitting there looking sad so I decided to finish it off. I applied pink paint with a bit of cut and dry, then dry brushed white paint over it followed by embossed hearts. I added Karin ( my favourite litle zombie girl) , I then wound wire around the peg to add hearts to.
My large hearts at the top are made by bending wire to shape and then dipping into Treasure trove to cover them.
I used
Karin
Daniel's hearts.
You can now use any stamps for the Challenges, but only one entry per person for each challenge. Two lucky people will be drawn from all the challenges for February who will win a $30 voucher to spend on Stampotique rubber. So make sure you go over to the Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog to enter.
Stampotique Rubber Stamps are available to buy from Stampotique originals, and in the UK you can buy them from Happy Daze.

Seeing that I started to remember making shapes with wire and some sort of paint at school. It looks really good, if I wasn't trying to cut down my various craft supplies I'd think about tracking down stuff to make some hearts myself, but I must be restraint I have a lot of craft goodies already!
