Paris Fashion

A CD I altered. The background is on canvas, which has been directly coloured with ink and then stamped onto.
The main image is stamped and coloured before being attached, as is the wording, and coloured ribbon added for a bit of balance. With a Bead dangle and a chain to hang it by.

You Hold My Heart

A CD for a Forum Challenge and it also fits in very nicely with the Mixed Media theme this week which is love and Romance. The Forum challenge was use only blue and green and use a flower on it somewhere and I love altering CD's so I chose to alter a CD.
Its done on Photo paper with Alcohol inks then over stamped and embossed for the background. The heart and swirl are grunge board inked and textured with a Texture Hammer and the words on the heart say "You Hold My Heart". the scrap is coloured with Alcohol inks.
The Square bit on the end of the dangly is a plastic square fragment coloured with alcohol inks to match the CD with a hole punched in it.

CD swap

This is for a swap run by Lottie on Zuzu's forum. The background is Alcohol inks and then stamped with acrylics, then a light spritz with some Pefect pearls. The swirls are coloured with acrylic then overstamped with black stazon. The wings are cut from gungeboard, embossed and then coloured with acrylics and inks.

The hangy thing is wire, with a dangly bead thing.
