It's Wednesday again and boy has the last week flown by, but it's always a good day in my book as it means the new Stampotique challenge , and Coby is the hostess this week, and she has given us the theme of "old, New Borrowed and Blue", this theme took an awful lot of thinking from me and in the end I decided to do the cover of a completed Art Journal, I always leave the cover until last as I am a mucky pup when I use my paints and ink.
The Journal is A4 sized and I have used some of my newer stamps, a very old one, as you can see it's very blue, the borrowed aspect are the arty ideas that all the stamp artists so kindly share with us all when they design the stamps.
I used the following stamps
Color Her Soul
Splattered Mug
Boots
Carol's Flower
Agatha's Parrot
Artsy Fartsy
Learning to Fly
Splatter Blob
The full details of the Challenge can be seen HERE. Including details of how to link your items for the challenge and be in with a change to win a $30 voucher to spend on Stampotique Rubber stamps.
Stampotique Rubber Stamps are available to buy directly from Stampotique originals and other on-line shops.

Great art journal cover - I really love the quote x :)
This is beautiful, I just love everything you've done for your journal cover. Amazing!
Your journal cover makes great use of a lot of super stamps, Carol. Love the addition of text which I find missing in a lot of covers that I see. Nicely choreographed, my friend!
Fab! The black really makes those colours pop xx
