Tin Shrine

This is for a swap I am in on Zuzu's forum. It's an M & S mint tin
This is my first attempt at cutting a window in a tin and then soldering in a piece of glass.

I had a book for my birthday of my Daughter called Metal Craft Discovery Workshop by Linda and Opie O'Brien. It is the most amazing book and it has really inspired me to try something new this year.

As usual my photographic skills are 2nd to none LOL...what I really needed here was Zuzu and her camera :)

It looks amazing, so shimmery and shiny and intriguing in it's contents, and cutting up metal and soldering wow, my Dad was a welder and he would be impressed. It is a stunning piece.
