This month the theme for the challenge on Crafty Individuals is Summer Ball.
I had a good dig around in my box of goodies and found this sectional fan, and I thought it was perfect for the challenge theme.
I have used Stamp sets CI-323, CI-194 and the butterfly set.
It is held together at the bottom with a vintage double ended screw, I picked up these at a recent auction I went to, there were in a box of odd bits and pieces and they are really lovely, they work like scrapbook screws, but the ends are fancy. I added a tassel making a loop that is long enough to let the fan hang from your wrist.
