Well the challenge at the Craft Barn at the moment is to use Embossing and Mica, in particular the new Frantage Products.
Well I had no Frantage Embossing, so I used Melt Art white UTEE, which I embossed around the edge of the circle frame. I then attacked it with lots of Dylusions inks and the white embossing resisted like I hoped it would, but of course then I decided to not go for bright colours like I had intended, so it was too white :(
So out came the Viva Inka gold paint to age it all a bit. I glued the image from Craft Individuals into the recess and now it had gaps as the picture was not quite big enough, ummm, so I used beads and glossy accents to fill these, and it started to look a bit better.
The flowers were white, which I spritzed with Dylusions melted Chocolate and Creme de Cocoa, I use this combination a lot as its I like the vintage shade you get with them. I glued these, the metal butterfly and the small TH grunge Bookplate in place.( I used a word cut from the CI imaged inside the bookplate)
To finish I dotted Glossy Accents on the flowers added so Frantage Mica Fragments ( I also ground some up smaller to give a dust as this gives a nice shimmery effect on things)
