Stampotique Designers Challenge : Hanging Decoration - Beer Mat Bunting

The Challenge at the Stampotique Designers Blog this week has been chosen by Sam. This is what sam has to say about her challenge .
"I am a firm believer that everyone should enjoy art and that the things we create should not be hidden away in draws and boxes but shown and shared with everyone, and what better way to embellish our homes than to make a decorative hanging using our stampotique Stamps? So your challenge this week is to make a hanging decoration for your home, I can't wait to see your creations, but most important thing is to have fun"

So for the challenge I have made Beer mat Bunting. When I get now stamps or want to try out a new background idea I very often try it on a Beer Mat as I like the size of them to experiment on. I have been thinking for a while of a way to display the one which turn out ok, so I thought I would try joining them together to make a long decoration type thing.....so here it is My Christmas  Beer Mat Bunting.

You can now use any stamps for the Challenges, but only one entry per person for each challenge. Two lucky people will be drawn from all the challenges for October who will win a $30 voucher to spend on Stampotique rubber. So make sure you go over to the Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog to enter.

I used the following stamps:

Oh My Dear
Snowman
O Joy
Daniel's large tree topper
Front Door Shrubbery
Line Up
Text Stars
Jingle Bells
Merry Kiss-mas
Stringed lights
Spiraling out of control
Text block #3

Stampotique Rubber Stamps are available to buy from Stampotique originals, and in the UK you can buy them from Happy Daze.

Thank you for Visiting, Carol x

What a fantastic idea for Christmas decorations - sure beats the usual mass marketed 'stuff'.

It's just such a fun and bright and original - thanks for the idea. I'm thinking it's something I could make with my little grandson!

Great idea! And I like how you chose blue rather than the more obviously Christmassy green.
