Stampotique Challenge Winter Whites

This week the Stampotique Challenge is set by Val and she has challenged us to use Winter Whites, various shades of white on your piece.

I have made a little note book using offcuts of chipboard. I cut 2 pieces for the front and then cut a recess to frame my image which is stamped onto Tap paper and then ironed onto canvas. I have added diecuts to the corners and some texture paste to the frame before painting the whole thing white. I then highlighted the texture details with Treasure Gold. I did the same thing with the flowers. You can now use any stamps for the Challenges, but only one entry per person for each challenge. Two lucky people will be drawn from all the challenges for February who will win a $30 voucher to spend on Stampotique rubber. So make sure you go over to the Stampotique Designers Challenge Blog to enter.

Stampotique Rubber Stamps are available to buy from Stampotique originals, and in the UK you can buy them from Happy Daze.

Thank you for stopping by, carol x

So gorgeous, Carol... that white texture of the Harlequins is wonderful - and what a great image! Love the recessed frame you've created.

This fabulous book is absolutely darling. I can truly visualise these little girls swinging their legs and chattering.

The recess they are in was a wonderful spark of genius - it makes it so special, and that texture - wow!
