Just for Fun
This week on Just for fun the theme is to use corrugated card on a project. I have incorporated the theme into a tag using one of the new Crafty individual stamps CI-322, I think this is probably my favourite of their new releases. I like the JFF challenge as it seems a very relaxed challenge. I have had this on my desk half done for a couple of days, but life had got in the way of crafting as it has a habit of doing with me at the moment so I was wondering if I would even get this small piece of crafting finished, but lucky for me my sister Jackie was here today, so as she is a dab hand with the colouring, in she coloured the image for me using distress inks.
The tag is coloured using Claudine Hellmuth gesso and paint available from Happy Daze.
The flowers I have made using vintage music paper and Tim Holtz dies, the stalk and leaves are cut using movers and shapers dies. The music paper has been coloured with adirondack colour wash and perfect pearls mists.
I am going to put a small easel die cut on the back of this and hey presto it becomes a card.

That's beautiful, I love the lens pendants in the previous post as well. I actually thought I was already following your blog - so thanks to Artists Trading Post for publishing their list - it's only now I've come for another visit that I realise I need to add myself as a follower.

Scrummy flowers and what a scrumptious tag it is. Love the image (can understand why it is a favourite) and how you have used it on the corrugated background. Ooh, I do like that flower.
Thanks for joining us at Just for Fun - Hugs, Neet x
