SPA - Lighthouse Challenge

I am hosting the theme of Lighouses on SPA this week . I have a bit of a thing for lighthouses and I have quite a collection of lighthouse stamps, but the ones I choose to use for this are by Crafty Indidviuals.

I stamped my main image and the postcard bit first and masked the lighthouse before sponging the whole card with blue and white paint. I used my new Decorat satin multi surface paints, I am enjoying using these as they give lovely coverage.

The remained of my images I stamped onto lightweight card, cut out and coloured before sticking down. I finished by stamping paint splatters, in two colours, shadowing the first colour by the second.

Do head on over to the blog to join in the challenge this week.

You postcard is truly a piece of art, Carol! I, too, am infatuated with lighthouses, and I'm lucky enough to live near the Atlantic Ocean where they are many of them. Perfect sentiment and themed embellishments!
