A pocket full of sunshine for Paperartsy



I am sure we are all hoping for a better summer this year and with this in mind I have made a nice bright sunshine tag folder the cheer myself up.
 

It has lots of tags, home made stickers, washi tape and ribbon clips.

Stamping onto Glass for PaperArtsy

 

I have been having a go at journalling on glass for the PaperArtsy blog this evening.
Using stamps by Tracy Scott, these worked well on the glass as the nice open images had lots of space to colour without being too fiddly to do.

Pirate Dreams - A Journal Page

It's a Giraffe for Paperartsy


Well I did get a tad excited when I saw this release from PaperArtsy contained a Giraffe. I love them, they seem such an impossible creature with the long legs and necks.

So of course  I had to  use the set of stamps as soon as I go them and this is the result a bag for my knitting with matching stitch markers.

Box of Eggs for PaperArtsy


I am very pleased to be on the PaperArtsy Blog tonight with a post for their "Box of Eggs" challenge. 
It's a colour challenge and I have used some of the latest paint releases for my egg colours, along with one of the new Hot Pick stamp releases. I do love the weather vane image on this set, in fact the whole set is so usable for backgrounds and you can as I have here make elements of the images pop off the background a little bit by highlighting them with colour in places.

Image transfers for PaperArtsy


I am over on the PaperArtsy Blog tonight hoping to inspire you to enter their transfer Challenge.

Your transfer can be any type of image transfer  and if you check out the blog there are some great examples over the last few days from their bloggers but also on the opening post where the challenge is introduced and this can be found by clicking HERE.


I have done a transfer using a magazine page image and Fresco Matte Glaze as my transfer medium.
A fun challenge topic to really get your teeth into.
