It's Winter Wonderland At Crafty Indivduals

The new challenge at the Crafty Individuals blog starts today, and the new theme is Winter Wondlerland. I have altered this little wooden box using a christmas stamp, upcycled music paper, gold leaf and embossing powder. all finished off with a leaf charm and a small red rose. The red rose is one of those cheap ones you can buy in a pack of about 20 for £1. I always buy white then you can colour them to suit your project, then a quick dip in a melt pot of clear UTEE and they look really glam.

I have used Stamp CI-136 on the box which is available from the shop here.
The box and most of the other things I have used are available from Happy Daze.

Oh wow - nobody decorates these like you do. It really looks vintage and tasteful - not OTT with the gold leaf. I really love it. I wonder if I could do semething a bit like this on a round cheese box?

Haven't seen those roses before either - mind you I do live in the 'sticks'
